Construction Stage Inspections

We attend your construction stage inspections (with or without you), and identify defects or issues in a report with clear photos and recommendations for your builder/supervisor. Our inspections include (but aren’t limited to):

• Pre slab or foundations inspections – excavation, formwork, steel reinforcing, plumbing and electrical rough in, damp proofing, termite protection, piers and timber framing.
• Frame inspections – timber frame and structural steel installation, roof trusses and framing, beams and lintels, support points, plumbing and electrical rough in, slab or structural floor.
• Lockup inspections – roof, flashings, windows, external walls, eaves, doors, insulation, plumbing and electrical, waterproofing.
• Completion inspections – comprehensive final defects, final paint, floor coverings, internal linings, bathroom installations, tiling, kitchen and joinery, windows and doors, external finishes, roof and flashings. 
• Warranty Inspections – inspection after occupancy during your defect liability (3 months) or warranty (1,3,5 years) to identify and failures or issues with the building covered under warranty.
